Jaded Blossom Challenge !!!

Hi Everyone !!

 

Ready for another monthly challenge from Jaded Blossom ??

 

Me too !!! This months is all about Thanksgiving!

I made this little treat anyone would enjoy receiving !!!
 

 The 1x6 tubes are from Jaded Blossom ! Also these cute scarecrow stamps from "Lets talk turkey" I matted them with the Jaded Blossom Candy charm and Banner die.

 

I also used the candy charm and banner dies for the tag on the fence and the stamp from Jaded Blossom Halloween Candies

 

This entire scarecrow SVG and the double tube holder is from SVG Cutting Files !!!

Jaded Blossom August Release and Blog Hop !

Hi Everyone! Welcome to Jaded Blossom's August Release Blog Hop.   Now if you're here from the Jaded Blossom Blog then you're in the right place, if you're just passing thru start at the beginning because you don't want to miss anything.  I also have the complete line up at the bottom. If you missed my projects this week here is the highlight of it

 

Here is what I made today using the NEW spa sets !!! They have been on the "to do" list for awhile!
The spa sets from Jaded Blossom are Pamper Yourself and Spa Candies
so you see the candy stamps aren't just for candies !!!

 

I made homemade body scrubs and used these adorable jars from the wedding section of Michaels ( you got 18 in a box for 19.99 then I used a coupon)

they are perfect for spa party favors, or any kind of gift !

 

The top is decorated using "Pamper Yourself" from Jaded Blossom and the lotus flower!

LOVE these mini wooden scoops !!! So many uses for them.... and you love them too? Let us know and you may soon see them in the Jaded Blossom store !

I used washi tape to decorate the handle and tied it using Trendy Twine !

I decorated the jars by using burlap around them then tying with twine (Trendy and Twinery used)

Then using a pear pin I attached a tag using the Jaded Blossom Candy Charm and Banner dies and stamps from "Spa Candies"

I made 2 different scrubs the first one which is my FAVORITE just because of the smell !!
Warm Brown Sugar Vanilla Scrub

1 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1 Tablespoon sweet Almond Extract
2 Teaspoons of Vanilla Extract

The Coconut Oil I recommend getting Organic so it is gentler on sensitive skin. This can be found at your local supermarket in the baking section by the other oils.

 

The second scrub I made is Lime Coconut Sugar Scrub 

 

1 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar

1/2 cup Coconut Oil

3 Tablespoons of Fresh Lime Juice

I hope you enjoyed my projects !!! I will be making these as Christmas gifts this year, so be prepared to see a lot more !

Next is a dragonfly a NEW file from SVG Cutting Files called Kawaii Dragonfly Tube Hugger, Stamps and Tube from Jaded Blossom and twine from Maya Road.

and this last one again using Jaded Blossom stamps and tube, a NEW file from SVG Cutting Files called Kawaii Bee Tube Hugger and twine from Trendy Twine

Jaded Blossom Challenge ~ school !

Hi Everyone !!!

 

Its a new monthly challenge over at Jaded Blossom !!!

 

This month most kids are heading back to school ~

 so this challenge is all about Anything back to school !!!

 

I made these treat bags for my kid's teachers for the first day of school !

Gotta start the year out right! right? LOL

 

 

I recently went to Monterey, CA and found a specialty candy shop... and found these Bubble gum Crayons~! How cute are these???

 

I used a Jaded Blossom gusset bag with filler then attached them using a school lollipop file from SVG Cutting Files that I altered to create the topper.

 

I also used the stamp set Lunch Box Notes 2 from Jaded Blossom for the sentiment.

I also used twine from the Twinery

100 days of Tombow and Color challenge !

Hi Everyone !!!

 

Its that time the 15th of each month is a NEW SVG Cutting Files Challenge.

This month it is a color challenge see HERE

 

I'm also participating in the "100 Days of Tombow" !!!

 

With each participating blog using Tombow products, Tombow will donate $100.00 in product to the Council for Arts Education. A National nonprofit dedicating to promoting and supporting art education and quality art programs nationwide.

 

For my "Tombow Time" I created a gift card holder using Tombow adhesives, SVG Cutting Files and Jaded Blossom stamps.

 

For the gift card holder I used a seed packet from SVG Cutting Files and also a hibiscus flower from them as well.

 

I used the Tombow Stamp runner to assemble the gift card holder, Tombow Mono Aqua Liquid glue I also used the Tombow 3D foam tabs to make the flower POP !!!

 



For the closure I used the Tombow Fastner Tabs !! Which I LOVE !!!

They are a super thin Velcro unlike any I've ever seen and they a super strong LOVE, LOVE, these things !!!

 

 

For the stamp I used Jaded Blossom "Mothers Day" sentiment and twine from The Twinery.

 

These are all the Yummy Tombow products I used in todays project !!

 

 

And just because I will be giving away Tombow's awesome Aqua Mono glue !!!
