So my friend was browsing through the Cricut facebook page and she stopped when she saw this picture of Jinger !  This picture was taken last weekend in Minn. at the Creative Connection where Cricut sponsored and had a booth.  This area is where many people posed for pictures................

What made my friend so excited about this picture??? The banner in the background is MINE...eeeekkkk !!!!!!!!!!!!! I created this for the HSN banner contest !!!

I cant believe they took it with them and had people pose in front of it, I'm honored !

Cricut Holiday Magazine

Not just a stalker anymore !! lol

HI Y'all !!! Yep I'm back from Texas! I'm sure you saw my 3 haul videos I bought and went crazy in Texas...you know the saying "Go BIG or Go home" right? Well if you haven't got a chance to view all my awesome deals feel free to scroll down a few posts !

So I met this girl on facebook, we always kidded she was my "stalker" because she would always comment on everything I did...sometimes it seemed before I would even post it! LOL..... so this "crazy" lady asked me to come to Texas and stay with her to attend the Great American Scrapbook Convention.....I of course thought she was a little nutty at first but then we started to chat more and more about crafting and life and I found myself saying "Yes I will come"..lol Way out of my comfort zone since I had never done something like this before....

She (Stefani) was waiting at the airport holding a big ol sign saying "MICHELLE"..lol yes I was a little embarrassed but it was funny.

Let me tell you my stay at her home was WONDERFUL I had my own bedroom (in the craft room) hehehe (my fav place to be) each night I would come back from shopping and find crafty treats on my pillow ! What girl wouldn't be in Heaven?? lol Both her and her hubby were very sweet and accommodating.

They took me to some good 'ol grubbin Texas BBQ. Stefani and I talked and got along like we had been friends forever. People were shocked to find out it was our first time meeting. She introduced me to my FIRST Hobby Lobby and other scrapbook stores in the area...we were going to bed around 2 am and waking up around 6 am.... not getting much sleep but well worth it, I had to suck it all in while I was there! She took me to every Hobby Lobby with a few hours of each other..!!! Here's a pic of us together
She also gave me a BEAUTIFUL gift for my birthday!!! She handmade this reversible bag with my initial and used the E2 to cut the monogram. AND you know what else??? The pink Journey cartridge !!! OMG I couldn't believe it!! Her blog is Styles by Stefani check her out and tell her I said HI!!!
So I wanted to say THANKS to her a her hubby for letting me stay in there home, taking me places, carrying my heavy bags to the airport (filled with ALL my treasures!) !!! I had a great time !!!!

What an Exciting Day !!!

I recently submitted some craft projects I have done to the Cricut Magazine. Since I had never done anything like that before I really didn't expect a response.
But I'm excited to tell you they picked all 3 of my projects! I am through the roof excited, I will be in print !!!! Whoo HOO !!!

Just a tip for anyone thinking of doing this, Write ALL your measurements down...LOL It will save you alot of time. I spent most of the day figuring out brand names, sizes and exact how to of each project.

Thanks to everyone who supports me and my crafting. My submissions will appear in the November 2011 issue, Holiday-Card issue, and the Holiday- Treat issue (from what I understand, they may change the names on me...LOL)

Im SPEECHLESS !!!

I am official floored !!! One of my followers (aka: my top stalker..lol) sent me a package in the mail.....and I am shocked !!!

I had sent her a vinyl bug head for her machine because she always makes comments on my facebook page and blog which I truly appreciate!!! So she had my address, what a suprise Im so grateful.

Stefani wrote the sweetest notes...yes she wrote 2 cards LOL...and MADE these bows !!! She knew I have 2 little girls that wear stuff in their hair everyday.. arent these GEORGEOUS? OMGolly Gosh !!!!

She also sent me some scrapbooking goodies to play with !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really am truly grateful I dont know what else to say Im still shocked that people are so kind.

Cricut Infomercial News !!!

As most of you know 4 of my projects were selected by Cricut to be considered for their next infomercial. 3 of the 4 projects have been selected to be on their exclusive project DVD !!! Im so excited, so thank you to all who follow and like my work!

So when are we going to see this infomercial? It all starts TODAY !!! None of us knows whos projects made the final editing cut of the actual airing.........so here's the schedule and we can all watch together !!!
Unsure what time zone this is, she thought it was Eastern time !!!!

A good time was had, prizes were won ( I won My pink Stamper stamps!!!! and everyone received a cartridge!!!! We were pooped by the end...I couldnt make it till 11 pm...LOL

I applied for my daughters school to receive an Cricut Expression donated to her school from Provo Craft and I just got a call saying I was picked ~!!!! Can I get a whooo hooo ???
I will probably have to show them how to work it, but think how much easier it will be for the teachers !!!
