YAY the 15th of the month means a new SVG Cutting Files challenge !!!

This months challenge is all about pastels!

I of course used a NEW file from SVG Cutting files !!

The flag die and sentiment is from Jaded Blossom (Easter Treats 2)

Paper from PaperTrey and just used a few embellishments as well

And of course the cupcake is from Cupcake Magic in Yuba City, CA !!!
